Office Administrator (on behalf of a client)

We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, who operates two separate companies based in Tweedbank.

The role will include maintenance of the accounting records for both companies and raising invoices for customers, and as such the successful applicant will have bookkeeping experience, be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, and be able to perform sales ledger credit control.

The post also involves dealing with general office tasks, handling payments and dealing with enquiries via the telephone or directly. You will need to be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.

Salary TBC based on experience. Anticipated hours are 20 per week Mon-Fri with some flexibility to the exact pattern.
